Congratulations on taking a big step forward in your real estate career! To be eligible for a FL Real Estate Brokers license, applicants must:

• Hold an active real estate sales associate license and complete 24 months real estate experience during the last 5 years
• Successful completion of this 72 hour course
• Submit a completed application, fingerprints & fee
• Pass the FL Real Estate Brokers exam with a grade of at least 75
• Submit a completed DBPR RE 13 Broker Transactions form

Florida Real Estate Brokers Guide v.6.0

This course is designed to meet the 72–hour education requirement for broker candidates and includes all necessary topics for the broker exam, complete with end–of–unit questions and a practice final exam.

This updated version has the most recent changes to Florida law and FREC rule changes and includes the ethics content required for renewal starting in October 2017.
